Forgotten Password? How to reset your password

If you've forgotten your password for your Worker Pathways account, you can easily reset it using the email associated with your profile.

The steps for resetting your password

For Desktop Dashboard Users

Simply visit the Worker Pathways Sign In page and click Forgot password?

You will need access to the email account attached to your Worker Pathway profile to update your password. Enter your email and you will receive instructions to reset your password.

Step 4: Check your inbox for an email from Worker Pathways with instructions to reset your password. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.


Step 5: Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. You'll be able to log in with your new password immediately



For Mobile App Users

Step 1: On the login screen of the Worker Pathways mobile app, tap the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" link.

Step 2: Enter the email address attached to your Worker Pathways account and tap the Send reset instructions button.

Step 4: Check your inbox for an email from Worker Pathways with instructions to reset your password. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.


Step 5: Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. You'll be able to log in with your new password immediately
